A family farm in the heart of the South Downs
We are at the start of our journey to farm regeneratively here at Saddlescombe because we love working with nature to produce grass fed meat which tastes delicious.
Our meat
Our sheep and cows are 100% grass fed. They graze the precious chalk grassland here in the heart of the South Downs all year round and help regenerate the land. They also graze herbal leys, a mixture of herbs and legumes. This makes our Saddlescombe lamb and beef tender, tasty and delicious.
Visit us
Sharing what we do through farm visits and explaining how regenerative farming is part of the solution to climate change is very important to us. Visit us on our lambing open days or be a shepherd for a day during lambing or arrange a group visit.
