Little Wittenham Lamb

A braised shoulder of Little Wittenham LambTo ensure tenderness and flavour, our lambs graze on grass, clover and wildflower meadows and are fed locally grown peas, barley and hay in the winter. Our aim is to achieve a balance between looking after our animals, the wildlife and the environment across the whole farm.

Small (quarter) lamb pack - £35
1 half leg joint; 1 half shoulder joint; 2 chump chops; 2 loin chops; 4 cutlets; 500g mince (or 1 rolled breast joint); fillet of neck.

Medium (half) lamb pack - £65
Fits onto a single shelf in an upright freezer - 2 half leg joints; 2 half shoulder joints; 2 chump chops; 6 loin chops; 1 rack of lamb (or split into cutlets); 500g mince (or 1 rolled breast joint); fillet of neck; plus optional kidney, liver and heart.

Large (whole) lamb pack - £125
Approx weight 16kg - 4 half leg joints (or whole joints); 4 half shoulder joints (or whole); 4 chump chops; 12 loin chops; 8 cutlets; 1 rack of lamb; 500g mince; 1 rolled breast joint; two fillet of neck; plus optional kidney, liver and heart.

Delivery
Come and collect your lamb from the farm, and if you have time, come on a farm tour and meet the sheep and Meg our sheep dog! Alternatively, we can arrange delivery for a small charge.

Little Wittenham Beef is also available from our neighbour, Andrew Townsend and pork from our neighbours Mark and Jane Cooper
